- 01 Personal Information We Collect
  
  Dongwon Systems collects the following personal information from the users of our website.
  - Your name, user id, password, email address, and contact information
  - Browser type, operating system, search words, and service use data
  - IP address, time and date of your visit, cookies, and browsing history
- 02 Ways in Which We Collect Personal Information

  Personal information held by Donwon Systems is disposed of as follows.
  
  1) Procedures
  
  Personal information that you enter for the purpose of submitting an inquiry will be transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet if it is a written document) after the intended purpose of its use is accomplished, and will be retained for a specified period based on our internal policy or the requirements related to information protection set forth in other relevant laws and regulations, and will then be discarded. During this time, your personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for purposes other than storage.
  
  2) Methods
  
  Once its term of use is finished, electronically saved personal information will be deleted using a method that will completely prevent its recovery. Personal information that has been printed will be shredded or incinerated.

- 06 Outsourcing of personal information collected
  
  For the purpose of improving services and facilitating business activities, Dongwon Systems can outsource the processing of personal information collected to an external service provider. Dongwon Systems has protected its users' rights by entering into an outsourcing agreement with an external service provider in which the external service providers' obligations, including compliance with the guidelines related to the protection of private information, maintenance of the confidentiality of private information and prohibition on the provision of private information to a third party and responsibilities in the event of leakage are clearly set forth, and retains a copy of said agreement in written or electronic form. Details of the service provider contracted by Dongwon Systems, the outsourced service and the outsourcing period are provided below. In the event of any change to outsourced service or service provider, we will promptly announcement without delay as per this privacy policy.

  Dongwon Systems is working on the following technical and administrative measures to prevent loss, theft, leakage, alternation or damage of your privacy information in the process of handling it.

  As the password that you set when you register an inquiry on our website is encrypted, your password is not exposed to anyone but you, and is used only by you to access the reply to your inquiry.
  
  2) Countermeasures against hacking
  
  Dongwon Systems strives to prevent your private information from being exposed or damaged by external attacks, including hacking attempts and viruses. We are frequently backing up data in preparation for damages to private information, and use the latest version of anti-virus software to ensure the protection of your private information from leakage or damage.
